Sunnylea Co-Operative Nursery School was founded in 1984 by a group of parents led by a wonderful teacher with the aim to introduce preschoolers to a nurturing environment in which to have their first formal school setting. The nursery school is non-profit and operates out of the Sunnylea Junior School in a ground level, fully equipped classroom with a bank of windows allowing natural light and sunshine. The nursery school programs offer classes for both two and three year olds. The programs feature two qualified teachers, outdoor play, access to the school gym, weekly themes and the opportunity for parents to participate in their child's first learning experience.

Shoreline is a not for profit, service organization dedicated to the strengthening and supporting of the Co-operative Pre-school Movement. Guided by a Board of Directors and School Representatives, drawn from volunteers from member schools.
