Registration Timeline and Forms
- Upon receiving the above information, the Registrar team will record the registration request in a numbered list on a first come, first served basis and email the registration package back to the parent/guardian.
- Parents/guardians will have 72 hours upon receipt of the registration package to complete and return the registration package along with the child’s record of immunizations. Forms will only be accepted electronically.
- Follow up emails will NOT be sent after the 72 hours timeframe. If the completed registration package and immunization record are not received within the required timeframe, the child will be removed from the registration request list, losing their placement on the list. Upon receipt of the completed registration package and immunization record, your child will be added onto the registration request list in the next available spot following the first come, first served basis.
- The Registrar team will communicate with parents/guardians within approximately 2 weeks of receiving their completed registration package and immunization record. Parents/guardians may be advised of their enrollment status and/or may be advised of an
offer of enrollment that the nursery school can offer based on the availability/capacity. If an offer of enrollment is being made, instructions for accepting the offer and paying the non-refundable membership fee will also be included.
Waitlist Details
- When all spots for the current school year have been filled, a waitlist will be maintained by the Registrar.
- Please contact registrar@
sunnyleacoop.com with the same information as under “Registration Details” in order to be placed on the waitlist. - Parents/guardians are welcome to contact the Registrar at any time to inquire about their current position on the waitlist. Privacy of waitlist information will be maintained and families will be informed of their position on the list by number reference.
- There is no fee associated with being placed on the waitlist.
